The Team
steadman

Steaders is our Web-developing artisan! His Fastidious attention to detail when coding and laid back demeanour when designing he epitomises the expression ‘Creative Geek’. He literally eats a daily diet consisting of pantone soup, roasted HTML garnished with CMS and Photoshop followed by pint of creative jus! Steadman likes to hang out at sites such as imagazine.com, defont.com, itypography.com, coolhunter.com paperfont.com, and Ladbrokes.com. He loves to travel, with Cornwall, Andorra, Vegas, Skegness, and Florence being his top five places to visit. Steadman is the kinda guy that women fall in love with, men want to go to the pub with. Get your daily fix of Steadman at his blog Well Red.

george

George is our vivacious Account Manager. Looking after clients is her bag! A Strategic thinker, she’ll get to the heart of your business quickly. George is passionate about digital marketing communications and brand management. Ensuring Round & Red is running smoothly is key to George’s role – from keeping clients happy, to giving Steadman a clip round the ear when necessary, to looking after our own marketing planning. She cajoles the rest of us to get projects delivered on time and to spec (thumb screws can be found on her desk!!). When enjoying a bit of her own R&R you might find George cray fishing with her children, in her local (without her children), playing poker or chilling at home with a glass of vino watching 'Come Dine With Me!'

dave

Dave is the heart and creative soul of Round & Red. With a love of all things Apple (including Bulmers) and over 15 years graphic design experience under his belt, we think Dave is more than qualified! Over the years Dave has enjoyed an envious list of clients as long as your arm including, BMW, Endemol, Microsoft, John Wylie, Ricoh, Game and many more blue chip clients. When he is not up to his elbows in Photoshop you might find Dave indulging in a spot of 5 aside football, a few rounds golf, taking (his wife’s) Chinese Crested dogs for a quick walk, reading some beat poetry or alphabetically ordering his vinyl collection. Although we suspect some of these activities might have to take a back seat with the pending arrival of twins for Dave and the lovely Mrs M in the not too distant future!

alex

Introducing our very own Clarke Kent. Alex is our esteemed Director. He started out in design back in the 80’s when superheroes still wore spandex and Apple was commonly know as ‘just a fruit’. After a brief and turbulent time at college he has carved out an impressive career path, which has seen him manage a youth hostel in the Canadian Rockies, run his own business and is now (also) the Technical Director for Repropoint. Alex’s passion for great design and guru like I.T. knowledge and experience, makes him the perfect sounding board for the Round & Red team and clients. In his spare time (when he is not saving clients from terrible designs and broken technology) you can find Alex relaxing at home with his lovely family or thrashing around the British countryside on his mountain bike, climbing rock faces and swimming down ravines, rivers or lakes...
